FAQ

1. What should I check if there is no light for the consumption indicator?
Please verify the switch, circuit breaker, fuse, or thermal cut-off. Ensure terminal screws 1 and 4 are tightened, and confirm there is a 230V 50Hz AC voltage across them when power is supplied.
2. Why does the consumption indicator LED not flash?
The LED only flashes when a load is active. If the operating power is very low, the flashing interval will be long, which may appear as if the LED is off.
3. What to do if the register is not counting?
Check if the power supply indicator is on. If the operating power is too low, the pulse interval will be longer. If these are not the issue, please contact technical support for a replacement.
4. How to troubleshoot "No pulse output"?
Ensure the external voltage source (Ui) is 5-27V DC. Verify wiring: connect 5-27V DC to connector 20 (anode) and the signal wire (S) to connector 21 (cathode).
5. What if the pulse output rate is incorrect?
If the pulse output remains incorrect after verifying external connections, please contact technical support for a meter replacement.
